Lee Llewellyn
Facilitator
I am facilitator and joined the team in October 2022 on a short-term work placement for 6 months and the completed an apprenticeship for 2 years, after completing my studies I have secured a full time post as a facilitator.
Throughout this period of time I enjoyed supporting the team to ensure that young care leavers were given the best support to allow them to go onto independent living.
This placement gave me the passion to want to go onto pursue a career in Social Work and fortunately there was a position for an apprentice facilitator in the Fife House Project.
Having known the team I would be joining I was keen to apply for this position and was successful in my interview. I can say that the job has given me my own self-belief and I look forward to what the future holds for me, as I know I’m part of a community that only continues to succeed and grow.
