Facilitators work directly with young people, run regular group sessions and help young people develop positive relationship that enables them to live successfully in their homes

I have nearly 16 year’s experience working with Fife council and learned skills along this way in many areas.

I started off working in children’s residential unit, moving on to Educational support for children with additional support needs, after a few years I was part of a small team to create a new project aimed at early intervention supporting families with children under 3.

Prior to joining the House Project, I worked in children and families social work team.
